He completed his high school education in Gaziantep and graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Gaziantep University’s Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. He started his career as a Human Resources assistant.
Sports is one of the indispensable areas in his life. Therefore, he is also engaged in professional football refereeing. Additionally, he enjoys music, and playing the bağlama to relax his soul is one of his activities.
His work domain includes approximately 10 years of experience as a Human Resources Management Assistant, primarily in Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zone, as well as in the cities of Istanbul and Izmir. He continues his career as the Human Resources and Business Development Responsible at 2be Academy.
He began his work with the belief that guiding people in the right direction, contributing something valuable, and applying justice, goodness, and truth in the best possible way is the essence of this field.

It is not solely a disciplinary department that establishes rules and ensures compliance. Instead, it works towards acquiring and retaining the right individuals who can contribute to the company’s values and goals.
It is not a department engaged in administrative tasks such as stationery procurement under the name of administrative affairs.
It establishes a fair performance evaluation and compensation system. It is not a department created merely for the appearance of being corporate.
It makes efforts to support employee development and increase motivation. It is not a department that treats all employees as superior, privileged, or authoritarian.
It is a critically important department that ensures the company’s general goals are embraced by each employee. Human Resources is the backbone and lifeblood of a business; if not implemented correctly, the consequences can be severe. It serves as the bridge between management and staff, and if the foundations of this bridge are not solid, effective communication between superiors and subordinates cannot be achieved.
