1. We arrange pre-visits for companies interested in English coaching, where we determine the English levels of the clients who want to receive training and provide information about the training program.
2. We initiate a trial period with the company interested in English coaching. According to this agreement, we assess how loyal the clients are to the agreement text in the first month of the English Coaching. With the evaluation of the English coach, we continue with the clients who meet the performance criteria set by 2be Academy English Coaching in the first month.
3. Absence is strictly prohibited. Any potential absences must be consulted with the English coach in advance. Clients who reach a certain absence quota cannot continue the training.
4. The best teaching resources are used to ensure that the clients receive the best possible education. Both textbooks and online materials support the education process. Additionally, this process is carried out most effectively with experienced education coaches in the field.
5. Assignments are indispensable in English coaching. We maintain constant communication with the clients through regular assignment tracking. The most important of these assignments are writing portfolios, speaking portfolios, online platforms, and weekly listening and reading tracking forms. Each assignment is meticulously reviewed, providing feedback to help clients identify their mistakes.
6. Transparency and accountability are our most important features. At the end of each month, a report prepared by the English coaching instructor is sent to the responsible person in the company receiving the educational service, which includes the absences, assignments submitted/not submitted, and evaluations made by the English coach for each client that month.
7. The English coach not only listens to the clients’ feedback on education during the lessons but also listens to their feedback outside the lessons, provides guidance, and gives suggestions to improve the quality of their education.
